GOLA HUNDUN (1982, Cesena, Italy) lives and work between Barcelona and Rimini.Gola Hundun’s Work shows the Relationship between Human Beings and the Biosphere. This Consideration combined with the Conscious Decision to live as a Vegetarian since the Age of 16 positions the Artist and his Work closer to the Animal Sphere and to the Human Sphere. He explores Themes such as Interspecies Communication, Shamanism, a Return to the Earth, Vegetarianism, and Spirituality.

In 2010, he spent a Residency Semester in Quebec, Canada, where began his Artistic Career on a Global Scale. From the Completion of his Art Residency in 2010 until our Days his Work pushed him to visit many Countries around the World through Collective and Solo Shows including Places such as Sao Paulo Brazil (2011), Jenin Palestine (2011), Moscow Russia (2012), Tokyo Japan (2012), Almaty in Kazakhstan (2013), and recently Miami in U.S.A. (2014) Dominican Republic(2016). The Universe he creates has always an Allegoric Interpretation and is enhanced by many Influences such Post Human Culture, Sacred Art, Zoology, Psychedelic Art and by the many Cultures he found and still is finding during his trips around the World.

PIERRE RICHER DE BELLEVAL (1564-1632), was a French Botanist. He is considered the Father of Scientific Botany. n 1593 he was appointed to the New Royal Chair of Anatomy and Botanical Studies of Montpellier. Two Years Later, in 1595, he received his Doctorate in Medicine in Montpellier. In 1593 Henry IV of France asked him to create a Botanical Garden in Montpellier following the Model of the Gardens created in Padoua in 1545. Belleval devoted all of his Time and Money to the Jardin des plantes de Montpellier, which was the First Botanical Garden in France. The Garden contained the King’s Garden (Medicinal Plants), the Queen’s Garden (Mountain Plants from Languedoc and elsewhere) and the King’s Square (Plants of Purely Botanical Interest). The Goal was to have a Garden for conducting Experiments related to both Medicine and Agriculture. Unfortunately, a Civil War and a Siege of the City destroyed the Garden in 1622 and Pierre Richer de Belleval had to recreate the Garden from Scratch and continued working on this until his Death at Montpellier

From a Family of Architects Passionate about Design and Contemporary Creations, JEAN-PHILIPPE NUEL graduated as an Architect from the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris and quickly made a Name for Himself by winning Several Competitions, including an International Competition presided over by Kenzo Tange. Following his First Hotel Project (just before turning 30), Subsequent Projects for Boutique Hotels followed in Paris (Le Lavoisier, Le Général, Le Duo and more recently the Le Cinq Codet) and elsewhere in France (Le Canberra in Cannes, the Avenue Lodge in Val d’Isère, Le Grand Balcon in Toulouse, or the Jiva Hill Park Hotel near Geneva).

The Grand Dôme was given a Facelift for a smoother, more unified finish. The Roof and its Copper Elements have been renovated. The Petit Dôme, a Masterpiece of 17th Century Architecture, was relieved of its old paintwork to emphasise the Original Stucco Marble Finish. The Lantern Skylight was reopened and stained glass replaced. Woodwork was refurbished and repainted. Stained Glass Windows were repaired and protected from humidity….

Grand Hôtel-Dieu

Hôtel-Dieu de Lyon was a Hospital of Historical Significance. First erected in Medieval Times, the Building originally served as the “Confrérie Des Frères Pontifes”, a Pontifical Meeting-Place and Refuge for both Traveling and Local Members of the Clergy. However, when the First Doctor Maître Martin Conras was hired in 1454, ‘Hôtel-Dieu’ became a Fully Functional Hospital, one of the most important in France. As Lyon was a City known for its Trade and Seasonal Fairs, many of the Early Patients were Weary Travelers of Foreign Descent.

Formely Home of a Hospice, Hospital and Maternity Ward, the Grand Hôtel-Dieu has always been a Place of Birth and Life, looking toward the Future with its New Medical Techniques. Today, the Building has been reinvented for New Urban and Contemporary uses : Living, Walking, Eating, Leisure, Working, Travelling, Meetinf Others, Relaxation, Learning, Discovering… Open to the City on All Sides with Magestic Entrances and Stores, it offers a New City-Center Walk designed around Courtyards and Gardens each with their Own Unique Appeal.

Paris owes much of its Beauty to a Vast Urban Redesign Project from the Mid-19th Century under Emperor Napoleon III. His Building Prefect Baron Haussmann levelled more than 60 % of Paris’ Medieval dwellings to make way for Wide, Grand Avenues lined with Beautiful Neo-Classical Stone Buildings, the Paris as we know it today. The most sought after Quarters of Paris are the 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th and the 16th Arrondissements.

As a Powerhouse in Commerce, the Arts, Education, Entertainment, Transportation and Healthcare, LONDON is a Cultural Capital and Undisputed Global Leader in Luxury Apartments, Condos, Homes and Properties of every kind. Each Year, Millions flock to the Awe-Inspiring Cluster of Iconic Districts in Central London Prestigious Areas boasting can’t-miss Museums, Michelin-Starred Restaurants and Internationally Renowned Shopping among its Luxury Real Estate Settings.

The Historic City’s Stunning Luxury Residential Properties are considered some of the Finest in the World, with the Neighborhoods of Knightsbridge, Belgravia, St. John’s Wood, Kensington and Chelsea topping the List of Coveted Postcodes. Their Rich and Varied Architecture ranges from Stately 19th Century Mansions to Elegant Piano Nobile Apartments overlooking Garden Squares, ideal for establishing First or Second Homes. St. John’s Wood and Hampstead are increasingly known as Family-Friendly Areas. The Diverse City is Highly Attractive to Overseas Buyers for its Legal, Financial and School Systems.

Leaving the EU will not stop BRITISH PEOPLE buying Homes in France (either for a permanent move to France or for holidays). Plenty of non-EU Citizens own Property in France. As EU Members, Brits have the Right to buy Property anywhere in France (or the EU). Technically, France could ban non-EU Residents from buying in Certain Areas but this is unlikely to happen in the Rural Areas that are Popular with British Buyers.

BRITAIN might not remain Britain for long. Scotland may well choose Independence in order to stay within Europe. Would Northern Ireland finally join with the Rest of Ireland to stay in ? It could be that we’re looking at Exit rather than Brexit if England is left behind by the Rest of the British Isles. What are the Choices ? Stay and try to ameliorate the Situation somehow ? Stay because you have no choice ? Move abroad to live in Another European Country ? Recent Agreements point to British People being able to stay in France if they arrive before Brexit day March 2019. Under this Agreements all UK Nationals legally residing in France by 29 March 2019 will be allowed to stay and enjoy the Same Rights as they do today, including on Healthcare and Pension Uprating.
Among the Three Million European Expats, 300,000 French Nationals represent one of the Largest European Communities in the UK (London is regularly dubbed the ‘Sixth City of France’). Since the Beginning of the Brexit Campaign, many French Londoners feel estranged in a Country they once considered Home. Now that the UK is running for a Hard Brexit, an Increasing Number are packing up and moving back to France… Meanwhile, France rejoices to see its Expats – and their Money come home. French Authorities have already started rolling out the Red Carpet for Doubtful Businesses seeking New Headquarters. The French Government is at Full Throttle to attract Businesses, from Big Multinational Banks to Smaller Tech Startups, and French Cities are engaged in a Fierce Competition to attract Sulking Cross-Channel Nationals.
